📅 14-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product meets our return conditions.

📦 Return Conditions

• Item must be in original packaging
• Product must be unused and in “as new” condition
• Assembled items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

• You must provide clear photos as proof
• Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost
• Damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly will not be covered

↩️ Returns for Non-Faulty Items

If you want to return a product without any fault, we can arrange collection through our delivery team.

• £120 collection fee will apply
• Original delivery charges will also be deducted

🚚 Collection Requirements

• You must be available on the agreed date and time
• Missed collection may result in extra charges

❌ Exclusions & Limitations

• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Damage caused by customer or third party is not covered
• Incorrect assembly or modifications void warranty
• Missing parts cost will be deducted from refund
• No refund if item is disposed before return

💳 Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the item is collected and inspected.

• Returned items must be in original condition
• Damaged returns may be rejected
• Customer must ensure safe packaging for return
