🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Dreams Bed
At Dreams Bed (https://dreamsbed.co.uk), every bed is made to order based on your selected design and colour. Because each product is custom-made, returns are only accepted under specific conditions explained below.
📅 14-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product meets our return conditions.
📦 Return Conditions
- Item must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused and in “as new” condition
- Assembled items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
- You must provide clear photos as proof
- Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost
- Damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly will not be covered
↩️ Returns for Non-Faulty Items
If you want to return a product without any fault, we can arrange collection through our delivery team.
- £120 collection fee will apply
- Original delivery charges will also be deducted
🚚 Collection Requirements
- You must be available on the agreed date and time
- Missed collection may result in extra charges
❌ Exclusions & Limitations
- Normal wear and tear is not covered
- Damage caused by customer or third party is not covered
- Incorrect assembly or modifications void warranty
- Missing parts cost will be deducted from refund
- No refund if item is disposed before return
💳 Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the item is collected and inspected.
- Returned items must be in original condition
- Damaged returns may be rejected
- Customer must ensure safe packaging for return
