When you place an order with Dreams Bed, you agree to follow these terms. These conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

❌ 2. Cancellation

If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before delivery.

• Refunds may take up to 10 working days
• No charge if order has not been dispatched
• If already dispatched, delivery charges from £120 will apply
• Rejecting delivery at the door may still result in charges

🔄 3. Returns & Exchanges

All beds are made to order based on your selected design and colour. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be unused and not assembled
• Assembled items only accepted if faulty

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

• Clear photos must be provided as proof
• Replacement will be arranged after verification
• Damage from misuse or incorrect assembly is not covered

↩️ Non-Faulty Returns

• Collection can be arranged from £120
• Delivery and collection costs will be deducted
• You must be available at collection time
• Missed collections may result in extra charges

❗ Important Notes

• No liability for wear and tear or third-party damage
• Incorrect assembly voids warranty
• All parts must be returned
• Missing parts will be deducted from refund
• No refund if item is disposed before return
• Refund issued after inspection only

🚚 4. Collections

• Collection from original delivery address
• Collection dates decided by our team
• Couriers collect from main entrance only
• Indoor collection is at customer’s own risk
• Disputed claims may result in extra charges
• Refunds processed within 10 working days after collection

All product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. We aim to match colours and design as closely as possible, but slight differences may occur.

• Colours may vary due to lighting or fabric differences
• Images may look different depending on your screen
• Minor variations are part of custom-made products
